About MST Ventures LLC
Our journey began in 2004, when we started helping people find their next home. Over the years, we learned that finding a home is about much more than four walls and a roof—it’s about finding a place where people can feel safe, supported, respected, and able to move forward.
Today, MST Ventures LLC offers independent living and Co-living housing through MST Men of Purpose. We provide furnished shared housing for men who manage their daily needs independently. Residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion and are expected to follow house rules and respect their housemates.
MST Ventures LLC provides non-clinical housing. We do not provide medical treatment, therapy, detoxification, or recovery support services.

Who We Serve
Men seeking independent living and shared housing who can manage their daily personal needs.
House Guidelines
A home with a house manager, monthly meetings, and shared house responsibilities for keeping common areas clean.
Income Requirements
Residents must have reliable, consistent income, such as SSI, SSDI, or another income source.
